I’m not doing the detox program right now but I’ve wanted to make this dish for a while. The sauce is a little sweet.. I’d probably make it without so much agave next time. But it grilled perfectly and the cilantro piled on top made the dish taste fresh and robust - perfect for summer. Aside from the marinating time, it’s a very quick and easy dinner recipe.
