Today, I invite you to consider the many ways you’ve been fortunate – and write them down in a notebook. Start a gratitude journal.  Each day write down five things for which you’re grateful. Jot down how else things might have turned out, since research indicates that writing down how else things might have turned out dramatically increases your gratitude.
